Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the NACIONAL — Daily Rituals app for iPhone (the "App") and the website nacionalapp.net handle information.

1. Who is responsible

2. In short

The App does not collect any personal data. It has no account, no server, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone and is never sent to us or to third parties.

3. Data stored on your device

The App stores the names, icons and colors of your rituals, the dates they were created or deleted, the days you marked them as done, your chosen language and whether you have completed the introduction. This data is stored only in the App's storage on your iPhone. We have no access to it.

4. Backups

Like other app data, this information may be included in your own iPhone backup (iCloud Backup or a computer), if you have enabled it. Such backups are controlled by you and Apple, not by us.

5. Contacting support

If you write to us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message. If you use the "Contact Support" button, the draft email also contains the App version, iOS version, device model and App language; you can review or delete this before sending. We use this information only to answer you and keep it for as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than 24 months. Your rituals and history are never included.

6. Website

This website uses no cookies, analytics or third-party scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address, date and requested page) for security and operation for a limited time.

7. Deleting your data

You can delete a single ritual in My Rituals, delete everything in Settings → Delete All Data, or remove the App from your iPhone, which deletes all App data from the device.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR (EU) and the LGPD (Brazil) you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data and to data portability. Since the App does not send us data, these rights mainly concern support emails. Write to ritual@nacionalapp.net. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or, in Brazil, to the ANPD.

9. Children

The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

10. Changes

If the App starts processing data differently, we will update this policy before releasing that version and change the date below.
